- Joe Pearce – Owner/Operator
Joe holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. He spent the early part of his career designing medical devices in the Seattle area before seeing a need for high quality machined parts to support Seattle area businesses. Joe started PEARCE Design in 2005 and has spent his time building a machining business. Joe’s background in medical devices has instilled in him a deep understanding of the need for quality. So, when making parts for the medical industry or aerospace Joe knows that lives are on the line, and he behave accordingly.
